Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 28, 2026
At AdMorph LLC (“AdMorph”, “We”, “Us”), we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what control you have over it. It applies to useadmorph.com, app.useadmorph.com, and all related services.
AdMorph LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA.
Who Is Responsible for Your Data
AdMorph LLC is the data controller. If you have questions about how we handle your information, reach us at contact@useadmorph.com.
What We Collect
We collect different types of information depending on how you interact with us:
Information you give us directly:
- Name, email address, company name, and job title when you create an account
- Billing details when you subscribe (processed securely through Stripe — we never store full card numbers)
- Files, images, designs, and brand assets you upload to the platform
- Brand DNA configurations — your color palettes, fonts, spacing rules, and logo placement preferences
- Messages you send to our support team
Information the platform generates:
- Every creative output the platform produces from your uploads — resized variants, adapted layouts, localized versions, generated assets
- Your resize configurations, format choices, export history, and workflow patterns
- How your Brand DNA settings perform across different dimensions and formats
Information collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution
- Pages visited, time spent, click patterns, and referral sources (via Google Analytics 4)
- Device identifiers and cookie data (see our Cookie Policy)
Third-party integrations:
- If you connect ad platform accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn), we access campaign data you authorize — never more than what you grant
Why We Collect It
Every piece of data we collect serves a purpose:
- Running the platform — account management, authentication, delivering resized creatives, applying Brand DNA
- Billing — processing payments, generating invoices, managing subscriptions
- Making the product better — analyzing usage patterns, identifying bugs, improving our resize algorithms and layout engine
- Training our technology — using anonymized data to improve our machine learning models (more on this below)
- Communicating with you — support responses, product updates, and marketing (you can opt out of marketing anytime)
- Keeping things secure — detecting abuse, preventing fraud, enforcing our Terms
- Meeting legal obligations — tax records, regulatory compliance, responding to lawful requests
How We Use Data to Improve Our Technology
This deserves its own section because transparency matters.
When you use AdMorph, your interactions generate valuable signals: which resize configurations produce good results, how layouts adapt across aspect ratios, what localization patterns work well. We use this data — stripped of anything that could identify you personally — to make the platform smarter for everyone.
Specifically, we may use anonymized and aggregated data to:
- Train and refine our resize and layout adaptation algorithms
- Improve Brand DNA accuracy and localization quality
- Develop new platform features and capabilities
- Conduct internal research and benchmarking
- Create anonymized examples for product demos and case studies
We strip personally identifiable information before using any data for these purposes. We also never publicly connect specific creative outputs to your brand without your written permission.
Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal information. Period.
We share data only when necessary to operate the platform:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Amazon Web Services — cloud hosting and infrastructure
- Google Analytics — website analytics (anonymized)
We may also disclose information when legally required — for example, in response to a valid court order, subpoena, or government request.
All our AI models run on our own infrastructure. We do not send your data to third-party AI providers for processing.
Where We Store Data
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in the United States. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
If you are located outside the US, your data will be transferred to the US. We apply appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required by law.
How Long We Keep Data
- Account data: retained while your account is active, then deleted 180 days after deactivation
- Billing records: 5 years (business records requirement)
- Invoices: 7 years (IRS record-keeping)
- Cookies: maximum 13 months from first placement
- Anonymized/aggregated data: retained indefinitely — once de-identified, it is no longer personal data
If you request account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you have specific rights over your data:
Everyone can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time
If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA), you also have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and share
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don’t sell it, but the right is yours)
- Limit use of sensitive personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights
If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR), you also have the right to:
- Restrict how we process your data
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@useadmorph.com. We may verify your identity before processing your request. We respond within 30 days (extendable by 60 days for complex requests, with notice).

AdMorph is a business tool, not designed for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.
