Privacy Policy

AdMorph LLC (“AdMorph”, “We”, “Us”) — a Wyoming limited liability company — is the data controller for useadmorph.com, app.useadmorph.com, and related services. Questions: privacy@useadmorph.com.

1. What We Collect

At signup (required): work email address.

At signup (optional): name, business name.

When you use the platform: content you upload (images, logos, brand assets, text, videos), outputs generated for you, preferences, brand kits, team seats, prompts you type into AI features.

Payment data: we do not store credit card numbers ourselves. When you add a payment method (day 6 in-app prompt or later), card details are sent directly to our payment processor (Stripe or equivalent). We receive only a token, billing country, card brand, and last 4 digits.

Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring URL, language, timestamps, pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth.

Attribution data: UTM parameters, Google Click IDs (gclid), Facebook Click IDs (fbclid), TikTok Click IDs (ttclid) when present in URLs.

2. Why We Collect It

  • To provide the Service — operate your account, process content, deliver outputs.
  • To bill you — once you subscribe.
  • To improve the product — aggregate, de-identified usage analytics.
  • To measure marketing — attribute signups to ad campaigns so our ads efficiently reach people who find the Service useful.
  • To communicate — transactional email (account, billing, trial-end notices) and optional product updates (you can unsubscribe any time).
  • To comply with law — tax, fraud prevention, legal process.

3. Legal Bases (GDPR / UK)

  • Contract: most processing is necessary to provide the Service you requested.
  • Legitimate interests: product analytics, security, anti-fraud, conversion measurement for marketing.
  • Consent: where required by law (e.g., non-essential cookies in the EU/UK — opt-in).
  • Legal obligation: tax, accounting, law-enforcement requests.

4. Analytics & Advertising Partners

We use the following third-party tools to measure landing-page traffic, conversions, and ad attribution:

  • Google Analytics 4 — product and marketing analytics.
  • Google Ads — conversion measurement for paid ads.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) — conversion measurement for Meta ads.
  • TikTok Pixel — conversion measurement for TikTok ads.
  • Microsoft Clarity — heatmap and session replay (anonymized).

5. Sub-processors

We share your data only with the processors required to run the Service:

  • Cloud hosting: AWS / Cloudflare (infrastructure)
  • Payments: Stripe (or equivalent) — card processing
  • Transactional email: e.g., SendGrid / Postmark
  • Customer support: e.g., Intercom / Help Scout
  • AI inference: third-party model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, others) under enterprise agreements that prohibit training on your inputs

6. International Transfers

AdMorph is based in the USA. Your data may be processed in the USA and other countries where our sub-processors operate. Where transfers are made from the EU/UK, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other adequacy mechanisms.

7. Retention

  • Account data: for the life of your account, plus 90 days after closure.
  • Trial data: 30 days after the trial ends, then deleted unless you subscribe.
  • Billing records: 7 years (tax law).
  • Analytics: up to 14 months, then deleted or aggregated.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live you have rights to: access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@useadmorph.com to exercise any right. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

AdMorph is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256 for account data). Access is role-limited and logged. Incident notification procedures follow applicable law.

11. Changes

We will post changes on this page and, for material changes, email account holders at least 14 days before taking effect.
